Fall Welcome 2025: Special Bus Service

Special Buff Buses will run starting Friday, August 15 to help students get to and from move-in and Fall Welcome events.

Important Notice:

  • Darley stop will be used for move-in unloading from Friday, August 15 through Tuesday, August 19.
  • WillVill students should use the Bear Creek stop to catch the bus during this time.

Fall Welcome Bus Schedule by Day:

Friday August 15:

  • Route W: 12pm - 10pm (from Bear Creek)

Saturday August 16:

  • Route W: 8am - 10pm (from Bear Creek)

Sunday August 17:

  • Route W: 7:30am - 10pm (from Bear Creek)

Monday August 18:

  • Route W: 7:30am - 11pm (from Bear Creek)

Tuesday August 19:

  • Route W: Ìý7:30am - 11:30pm (from Bear Creek)
  • After 3pm buses will also begin servicing the Darley stop.
  • Additional buses: 7:30pm - 11pm for Ralphie's Spirit Rodeo (Duane Lawn)

Wednesday August 20:

  • Route W: Ìý7:30am - 11:30pm (from both Williams Village stops - Darley and Bear Creek)
  • Welcome to the Herd (Convocation)
    • 7:30am - 9am
    • Direct service from Williams Village stops to CU Events Center.
  • CU Kickoff at Folsom Field:
    • 3pm - 7pm
    • Extra buses to/from Folsom Field and Williams Village stops.
  • Outdoor film at Duane lawn:
    • 7pm - 10pm
    • Extra buses to/from Duane lawn and Williams Village stops.
  • Block Parties:
    • 7pm - 11pm
  • WelcomeFest Concert
    • 5pm - 11pm
    • Extra buses to/from Farrand Field (closest stop is IMIG Music)
