Enrollment Management offices closing early July 3

The Offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid, Scholarship Services, Admissions and Registrar will be closed at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 3. Staff will still be available by phone and email until 4:30 p.m.

The university is closed on Friday, July 4. Staff will be available to answer your questions when the offices reopen on Monday, July 7 at 9 a.m. Thank you for your patience.Ìý

Need an in-person appointment? Scholarship Services staff are available during certain times on a walk-in basis; no reservation needed. Stop by 10 a.m. to noon Mountain Time on Thursdays and 1 to 3 p.m. on Fridays . Office hours are subject to university holidays.Ìý

Students' educational records are protected by once they start attending college. Understanding FERPA is important when calling about your student's account.ÌýWithout a FERPA Consent to Release, we are unable to talk with you about their financial aid and/or scholarships.Ìý
