Space Dust Research & Technologies (SDRT) was founded by Ìý() and Ìý(CU Boulder Physics, ) to expedite space exploration by providing innovative technologies to help navigate the Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO), Lunar, and Near-Earth-Objects (NEO) environments. SDRT specializes in dust mitigation systems, LEO plasma monitoring and lunar In-Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU) technologies.

In 2025, the company was awarded the prestigious NASA TechLeap Prize to build a flight-ready model of the ÌýElectron Beam Dust Mitigation (EBDM) technology to benefit NASA’s Artemis lunar missions. This technology was developed in collaboration with inventors from Caltech’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the University of Iowa, with NASA funding.Ìý
