Overtime/Shift Cutoffs
2025 Payroll Deadlines/Uploads
The updated cutoffs for bi-weekly and monthly payroll are below. Payroll will be pulled from AiM at 12:00 pm on the days listed below. Bi-weekly (BW) payroll time should be entered and approved by the supervisor for the corresponding bi-weekly pay periods and will be paid on the following Friday.
MAY 2025
- BW – May 14th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
- MONTHLY - May 15th, Thursday at 12:00 p.m., Monthly (April 2025 exception hours will be paid at the end of May 2025)
- BW – May 28th, Wednesday, BW at 12:00 p.m.
JUNE 2025
- BW – June 11th, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
- MONTHLY - June 12th, Thursday at 12:00 p.m., Monthly (May 2025 exception hours will be paid at the end of June 2025)
