Throughout the academic year, summer program participants are paired with Peer Mentor Leaders who provide academic, social and emotional support. Many mentors are former participants themselves and meet regularly with mentees to offer personalized guidance.Ìý
Mentors complete training and attend a professional development conference to strengthen their skills and connections. They encourage mentees to join Bridge Scholars Program workshops on career, academic and leadership development.Ìý
